Dr. Syazwani Binti Arshad, a proud native of Bintulu, Sarawak, is well known for her dedication and compassionate approach to patient care. She obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Malaya in 2008 and is a fully registered medical practitioner with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).

With over 15 years of experience, she began her medical career at Hospital Kuala Lumpur, followed by postings at Hospital Ampang and Klinik Kesihatan Seremban, where she gained extensive experience in clinical medicine. In 2014, she returned to her hometown to establish her own practice — formerly known as Klinik Syazwani — which has since expanded into Klinik Medik Premier, where she now serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

As COO, Dr. Syazwani leads clinical operations and strategic development, ensuring the clinic maintains the highest standards of quality, safety, and holistic patient care. She is also a certified Train the Trainer (TTT) professional, reflecting her strong commitment to lifelong learning and mentoring.

Beyond her clinical and leadership roles, Dr. Syazwani has made significant contributions to the medical community. She has served as the Chairperson of the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) Bintulu Sub-Committee since 2019 to 2021 and is currently a Committee Member of Visitor Board Psychiatric Department, Hospital Bintulu. Her passion for healthcare excellence continues to make her a respected and trusted figure in the local medical landscape.
