Medical Officer

Dr. Narcissus Wong graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Lincoln University, Malaysia, in 2020. He completed his housemanship at Hospital Miri (Aug 2021 – Aug 2023), where he gained experience across multiple departments including obstetrics & gynaecology, surgery, internal medicine, orthopaedics, paediatrics, and primary care. He then served as a Medical Officer in the Paediatrics Department at Hospital Miri (Aug 2023 – Dec 2023), followed by Hospital Bintulu (Jan 2024 – Jun 2024). Since July 2024, he has been practicing at Klinik Medik Premier, Bintulu.

He has attended few courses, including Basic Surgical Skills (2022), Ultrasound (2022), Neonatal Resuscitation Programme (2023), Malaysian Paediatrics Life Support (2023), and Basic Life Support (2023). Dr. Wong is fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC 102283) and is an Ordinary Member of the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA).

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Iban, and Bahasa Bidayuh (Suba Bandar), he is able to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds. His professional interests include family medicine, men’s health, preventive healthcare, aesthetic medicine, and occupational medicine. He has also previously volunteered with the Tzu Chi Foundation.
